At NEDO Robot and AI Forum 2018 in World Robot Summit 2018, ISO/TC20/SC16 president John Walker and representatives of this project gave lectures

On Wednesday, January 17th, the first day of the World Robot Summit 2018, NEDO Robot AI Forum 2018 drone session invited ISO / TC20 / SC16 president John Walker from the USA, NEDO project manager Mr. Miyamoto, the Japan Drone Consortium chairman Mr. Nonami, and Zenrin executive Mr. Takekawa, give talks.

 

From the viewpoint of social implementation of drone, there were three lectures on the theme of "issues of international standardization", "approach of this project", and "challenges for practical application of drones with high social impact". We received a lot of attention before the session and the number of applicants filled up early. Many of the participants were taking notes with interest on the day.
