Development of multipurpose UTM with multiple wireless networks.

The purpose is to "create opportunities of utilizing unmanned aerial vehicles which fly in large airspace safely" and "revive Japanese economy, boost restoration and realize the energy-efficient society by ensuring and operationalizing flight control technology with international advantage", by developing and operationalizing multipurpose flight control system with the use of wireless communicative networks.
Set flight channels over some wireles stations etc. in the Fukushima RTF etc. and Conduct flight tests beyond visual line of sight over more than 10km in consideration of application to fields such as logistics.
Assume quick grasp of situations in cases of convergence of commercial communicative networks and line disconnection on disasters, Enable flights beyond visual line of sight independent of infrastracture on land, and Conduct a trial flight of unmanned aerial vehicles utilizing wireless communicative systems which grasp flight positions of objects fliying around.
