Overview | ObjectiveThe object is to clarify the performance requirements necessary for unmanned aerial vehicles to obtain social acceptability, and develop methods to evaluate the performance for BVLOS (Beyond Visual Line of Sight) and third parties overflight
Outline・Development of acoustic performance evaluation methods in consideration of properties of flight areas with sound restrictions to less than 55 decibels in case of daytime flight in residential areas
DurationFY2018 ~ FY2019 (2 years) |
Results |
As an acoustic property evaluation method of flying drone, we have developed an evaluation method that makes it easy to calculate sound attenuation characteristics in the atmosphere easily and at low cost.
【Drones' acoustic characteristics measurement test】 The new test method using the reverbarian chamber method for the purpose of evaluating drones' acoustic performance.
